Merry Meet :))) Today is Litha, also known as Summer Solstice. It is the longest day of the year. Today is the day that light and life on our Mother Earth are in abundance. The Sun God has now reached the moment of his greatest strenght. He is the lord of the forests. Midsummer's Night Eve is also important for those who believe in the Fae :))) Occasionally the date June 25th is used for this by some covens, this was the old Litha date. Celebrate Lithat by reaffirming your vows to the Lord and Lady or your dedication to following the traditions of our craft.
