Herbal Protection Sachet for the Home

You'll need:

- Pick 3 of the following herbs, as they are all for protection of the home:
  bay laurel
  coriander
  holly
  marjoram
  garlic
  sage

- something to make a sachet out of

- ribbon or anything else you wish to decorate your sachet with

In this spell we are making a sachet to be hung somewhere near the entrance to your house. You may wish to make one to hang near each door. You can make them look cute and decorative so that people won't even realize what they are.

Work in groups of three when you make the sachets. So for instance if you chose bay laurel, use three leaves. If you are putting on a ribbon use three ribbons. Place your herbs in the sachet and tie it. Recite the following:

"By the powers of three
I invoke thee


May this house be surrounded in loving light
Wether it be day or night


Form a shield around my home
May it be harmed by none


So Mote It Be"

Keep the above rhyme tucked somewhere safe. On the night of the full moon cleanse and recharge your sachets by leaving them out in the moonlight.
